That's sure what it feels like! All of a sudden you realize, there's only four more weeks left to summer break! In other words; season is just around the corner and I don't have enough inventory!!! It went by so fast! I'm not sure how, but between the visiting, the beach days, boating, going out to dinner, CT road trip vacation, projects around the house, somehow I didn't have enough time to make all the inventory I wanted to have ready- I just can't figure it out. LOL ok, ok, I get it, so now it's a race to finish all my projects and get as much inventory made as I can by the end of this month. Some of my goals are looking a little big, but I'm sure I'll come close!
The good news is I went on a gem shopping trip, and loaded up on inventory- there were a few things I didn't get that I wanted, but there were a few NEW materials I found that are awesome! Not sure how soon until they hit the show table or the website, but I will be working on it! Here is a few peeks at some rough, the purple stone is a new find! It's called GRAPE CHALCEDONY, and it's from Indonesia, I also got some new BLUE CHALCEDONY from Malawi, and really nice HEMMIMORPHITE!
Can't wait to start cutting into these! Some more small nodule geodes all sliced up and ready to go ( at least I'm making some progress!) And another NEW item is the TANZANITE CRYSTALS that I found! Nice material, good color, fair price! And I'm pretty sure I should have enough CHAKRA WAND materials for a while, what do you think?

I am also going to try and get back to slowly adding pieces to the website- I started that, then went away,so I will block off a little time each week to catch up on that. I have my season schedule all lined up, and it's looking better than ever! I have completely changed my weekend markets, and I am looking forward to trying something new! On that topic, I know I said I would be taking August and September off, but I have decided to start my new Sunday market for the month of September. In addition to that, I am doing a one day event at the local Harley dealer and offering a wire wrapping class at the local Civic Center. So be sure to check out my events calendar.
