MARCHING THROUGH AN AWESOME SEASON!
I am just loving this season! I have a GREAT line up of markets this year, and in my third full season- I am hitting my stride! I am so thankful for how well received my jewelry designs are! Customers really seem to like them, and I've had a lot of repeat business! We are seeing great numbers of people at the markets, and everyone seems to have a great time. The weather has been incredible this winter; very warm and dry! There hasn't even been very much wind to speak of, and that's unusual. We have one more month of "high season", when things will be really busy- in March, then towards the middle of April we start to see a little of a slow down. The end of April to the end of May will be the end of season, and we will pick back up in October.
So I am muddling through, trying to keep up with inventory, and it has been a challenge lately! I did give up my Friday night market, it was just too much at night- but I wish them well. I am already compiling my list of materials needed for when I have more time to hunt for them. Projects are formulating, and I can't wait to get back into the workshop for some sawing and cutting!
March is going to fly by and before you know it, I'll be talking to you about my plans for next season! But for now, I think I will keep enjoying work and meeting new people, and seeing returning friends- what a great job I have! Ok I can dream of R & R- but for now I have to get back to work!!! Busy Busy! Have a wonderful spring everyone!
