SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping charges, or “p&p” (postage and packaging) is paid by the customer. In the continental United States, shipping fees will be $9.50 for priority mail and free for non priority. Please email me for international rates, other options, or discounts on multiple pieces – if you contact me before purchasing I can usually ship two to three pieces together, depending on their size. Your package will usually ship within 24 hours of payment clearing.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return and exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you may exchange your item within 14 days. We believe that your confidence in our products is paramount, and we stand behind the quality of our hand-crafted gemstone jewelry.
